A modern 30m SY is looking for 2 Mate/Engineers who can rotate. This can be a 2:2 rotation or 3:3 rotation, and there is flexibility with the set up.

The boat is currently private, but commercially registered and will likely be open to charter in the near future. It is a dual season itinerary, and will head to the Caribbean this winter after the Med summer.

As well as being competent and experienced with engineering, candidates will also need to be good sailors, able to hold a navigational watch, and help maintain the deck.

The owners enjoy interaction with the crew and getting to know them.

The package will be competitive DOE, but only paid for the time on board, plus travel to and from the boat. The overall salary could also be paid over 12 months instead, should this be preferred.

Ideally candidates will have a minimum 2 seasons prior experience and enjoy sailing. This could also be a couples role with a Stewardess or Chef.
